V.O.C. is short for Volatile Organic Compound.  These are chemical compounds that readily evaporate into the atmosphere and can lead to air pollution.  V.O.C.'s can also leech into the soil and ground water, causing further environmental damage.

Some examples of harmful V.O.C.'s are paint thinner and solvents, some ingredients in petroleum, and formaldehyde.  Since the Z-Coat Renew line of products contain ZERO V.O.C.'s, we are not harming the environment or adding to air pollution.  This also means that our products are almost completely odorless, so your life won't be disrupted by bad odors or toxic fumes.

A typical surface coating takes between 2-4 hours to complete.  The coating then needs about 24 hours to set, so you'll need to stay clear of the surface for about a day.

We offer a 2-year limited warrantee on all of our coatings, but your Renewed surface can last for years with proper care.

Not very much, but the surface we are coating must be structurally sound and any damaged tiles need to be repaired prior to coating.

Just like any new surface, you should use non-abrasive cleaning products on your ReNewed surfaces.  Abrasive cleaners will scratch and wear the coating.
